2. Your Account

  • 2.3.2.We reserve the right to void wagers, suspend Accounts, cancel transactions, or confiscate balances if we determine, in our sole discretion, that abuse, fraud, collusion, manipulation, technical error, or unlawful activity has occurred.
  • 2.3.3.If an Account is closed or suspended, we reserve the right to close any future Accounts registered by the same person, device, IP address, wallet, or payment method.
  • 2.3.4.Two-factor authentication (2FA) may be offered. Regardless of 2FA usage, you remain solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account.
  • 2.4.User Representations. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that: you meet all age and legal requirements; you participate solely for entertainment and recreational purposes; you participate on your own behalf and not on behalf of others; you are not located in a prohibited jurisdiction; all funds used are lawfully obtained; you understand that participation involves the risk of total loss; you will not engage in fraud, collusion, automation, or exploitation; you are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes; you understand the Games are not financial trading or investment products.

3. Multiple Accounts

  • 3.1.Only one Account per user is permitted.
  • 3.2.Only one Account per household, IP address, or device is allowed unless expressly approved by the Company.
  • 3.3.Multiple Accounts may result in suspension, forfeiture of winnings, cancellation of withdrawals, and permanent bans.

4. Payouts

  • 4.1.Winnings are credited once a Game outcome is finalized.
  • 4.2.Any funds credited in error remain the property of the Company and may be reversed. If such funds have been withdrawn, they constitute a debt owed to the Company.
  • 4.3.Verification checks may be required before processing withdrawals.

5. Deposits

  • 5.1.Deposits may be made using supported payment methods displayed on the Website. Cash and cheques are not accepted.
  • 5.2.Deposits made in currencies other than the Account currency may be converted at applicable exchange rates. Conversion fees are borne by the user.
